The Health Updates and Notes sections have been carried to a drawer and displayed on the right side of the screen. Once you are in a patient chart, an arrow will appear on the bottom right of the screen. Clicking that button will open a drawer on the right.
The Health Updates and Notes icons are displayed in the right drawer as shown in the screenshot below
